Robert is also an active angel and VC investor in other start-ups, providing strategic and legal advice.
She brings more than fifteen years of experience in strategic transformation and organizational development – including at Capgemini Consulting – and held a global leadership position at a DAX-listed company responsible for change management, HR processes, and corporate values.
Theresa earned her PhD in Comparative Literature from the University of Chicago and holds additional qualifications in Digital Transformation (Columbia University) and Business Sustainability Management (University of Cambridge).
At SHLD-X, she leads the continued development of our operational structure, process maturity, and cross-functional alignment of our teams.
